Food Technology Department of Nagano Prefecture General Industrial Technology
Center researches on food processing technology, brewing technology, and bioengineering
in microorganisms. The institute is providing such service as development,
guidance, training and testing related to food technology.

Our center provide following services. call or visit our center at any

Cooperative research and sponsored research
Cooperative research and sponsored research on commercialization of basic
technology developed by the center. Problem solving of urgent technical
matters in company.
Technical consultation
Consultation can be provided based on company request.
Extention services are available.
Development of engineers
Traning seminars and research forum are held regarding recent technology.
Technical courses are availble at technical college.
Testing on request
Testing and analysis services are provided for companies and issues certifcate of testing.
Open laboratory is available for general companies to use equipment and machines.

sauce etc.) and biotechnology (breeding and application of microorganism
(fungi, yeast etc.)
Food Processing technology Team
- Research and consultation regarding processed food (canned food of fruits
and vegetables, softdrinks, pickles, noodles, tofu, dried bean curd, bread,
cake etc.) and fundamental food manufacturing technology (material technology,
packing technology, food analysis etc.)
