Precision Technology Research Institute of Nagano Prefecture was
established in 1957, in order to promote the development of the medium
and small sized enterprises in the fields of precision and electronic technologies
chiefly. The Institute was rebuild in 1989 and the area of this building's
floor is 8,329 square meters. Thus the Institute consists of four Divisions
and our services are following five kinds of tasks.
Technological Consulting and Guidance
Our staffs give advice to the managers of local enterprises.
Moreover we are ready to serve their technical problems such as new technologies
and products.

Researches
In order to promote the industrial technology of medium and small-sized
enterprises in Nagano prefecture, we research new techniques, application
techniques, new theories, evaluation techniques etc. in various fields
of industries. Moreover we offered those results to the mangers of enterprises
by papers, seminars and guidances.

Technological Seminar and Training
Technical seminar and lecture are often held by the teaching staffs. Training
courses for the engineers in medium and small-sized enterprises are held
too.
